Weekly Post

We started the week celebrating Liv's birthday a few days early.  She opened gifts before school one morning because we were going to be out of town for her real birthday!

Liv and I went and got pedicures that afternoon.

I took Cole and Liv and some friends to see Boss Baby later that night.  The movie is hilarious!

Then we got up bright and early and headed to Mexico!!  I've attached a bunch of random pictures from our trip.  Sorry, I'm too lazy to caption them all, but we had a great time :)

Weekly Post

We are enjoying a wonderful conference weekend.  Lots of eating and chilling :)  

We started the week by heading down to Chicago for a temple trip.

We had a gymnastics fundraising dinner one night.

Ice Cream treat down by the lake.  

Cole hung out with friends all weekend.  I saw this cute picture of him on his friends moms instagram page, and now I have a new red chair sitting in my living room :(  I have a love/hate relationship with Bigger and Better game..

We had a beautiful day on Saturday and got out and did some yard work and took the dog for a walk, but it has been raining all day today.

Not many pictures this week.  2 out of my 3 kids hate when I try and take pictures these days :(

Spring season soccer starts for the boys and we've been in hibernation mode over here.

Weekly Post

We started the week with Orthodontist and Dentist appointments.  

Liv got an expander put in and Cole had a cavity filled :(

Oliver tried to play Uno with us

We had a big Luau at church for the youth group.  We had a lot of fun!

We had parent teacher conference, gymnastics, and soccer also this week.  In addition to a foot of snow!

Liv went to a fun birthday party and got to see Beauty and the Beast opening night.

Weekly Post

Pretty normal week around here.  Crazy busy running from soccer, gymnastics, work, church, etc.  Friday the kids had off school for a teacher prep day.  We went to Skyzone, which also has a new Ninja Warrior course.  The kids had fun!

Cole had an indoor game Friday night.  (sorry it's blurry, Ethan was taking it)

Cole got sick on our vacation and he shared it with me. I shared it with Shawn and he shared it with Liv. Liv shared it with Ethan. That has pretty much summed up our week :(

A few other highlights of the week.

I was on the jury panel for a high profile case here in Wisconsin.  I was juror number 3, but got off at the very end.  I was extremely relieved as this case was scheduled to last for 3 weeks.

Liv ended up having a really weird sleepover experience Friday night that involved her coming back to our house around midnight to sleep.  The dad had a heart attack at the house they were sleeping over at and they had to call 911.  It was pretty crazy!

We usually struggle with card games, because we are a little too competitive of a family, 

but we did good with Uno this week.

Cole got a phone this week. Kind of a big deal and we weren't really planning on it, but our cell phone company was offering to add another line for free.  His lucky day!

 Ethan continues to snap chat, play soccer, be defiant and pretend he knows everything :)
