Field Day started first thing that morning at the school. The kids were outside all day running, playing games, and getting wet with water activities.
That afternoon was the annual teacher vs. 5th grader softball game. Ethan has been looking forward to this for a while. The teachers killed the 5th graders, but Ethan did get to field the ball a few times and did great.
We finished the day with a birthday party for Cole at the Indoor Soccer Complex. I have a whole other post coming with pictures from that party. It was loud and crazy, but we all survived.
We also stopped by the house to check on the progress. The yard has been graded and they laid down some stone for the base of the driveway. It looks great!
And, all our lights finally arrived. All these boxes make it seems like we have a crazy amount of lights, but I can't wait until they get them all installed.
