Ethan has jumped right into 6th grade without even one hesitation. He already has a handful of friends and seems to be doing great. He is obsessed with soccer and plays all the time. He is loving his new team and is doing so well. One thing about Ethan is that he is the slowest eater, EVER. It takes him three times as long to eat something and every morning he is the last to leave the table.
Cole is such a social person. Loves having friends and playing and talking to people. He is always to first person go up and talk to anyone. He struggled a bit at the start of school, despite the fact that he already made several friends at his new school, none of them were in his class. But by the end of the week he was doing great and had already made several new friends in his class. He carpooled with a couple of his soccer buddies to practice the other night. He came home singing the song, "All about that bass." It's his favorite song right now and he sings it all the time.
Liv has her first big meet this weekend. She is so nervous. Here is a picture of Liv and one of her coaches, Ellen. Liv's nickname at gymnastics is "Grizzy" Apparently she growled at her coach once when she corrected her, so they started calling her Grizzy after the grizzly bear sound she made.
Liv also has been enjoying having her own bathroom and bath tub. Every night I send Liv upstairs to shower and I usually have to go find her 30 minutes later, only to find her in her own little world in the middle of a bath. She is loving her long relaxing baths. I got her a few bath bombs for fun the other day. One of them made the water turn pink. Liv thought that was fun.
