The Weekend

Like I mentioned previously, we had a big weekend.  Liv was baptized, Cole had a birthday, and Ethan had his first priesthood ordination.  We had lots of family that flew out to help us celebrate.  Shawn's parents came on Thursday night, my mom, stepdad, brother and grandma came on Friday afternoon, and my sister, her husband and four kids came Friday night.

We started Saturday morning bright and early with Cole's birthday presents.

We headed to the church shortly after for Ethan's priesthood ordination and then Liv's baptism

We also had a last day of school celebration.  Our neighborhood has a big bus stop party at the clubhouse on the last day.  The bus driver drops everyone off there and we have a pool party.  The weather was a little cold, but the kids didn't seem to care.

We also spent time at the pool with family over the weekend.

We had Cole's annual birthday water balloon fight.

Cole wanted an ice cream cake this year.

We had a bonfire.

We went to the batting cages.

Played mini golf.

Had lots of fun sleepovers.

Went to the lake

Cole spent all his birthday money on nerf guns!

Lots of random pictures, but I wanted to include them so I could remember our fun weekend.  Family is gone and the house is quiet, but fortunately we get to see everyone in a few weeks.  Summer school starts on Monday so the kid are enjoying a few lazy days of sleeping in and doing nothing!
