Ethan had a field trip to the Pewaukee River. They put on wader pants and went out to collect bugs from the river and studied them in science class.
Liv had a field trip to the library and got to check out lots of new books.
Ethan also participated in a color run. Even after cleaning off at school he came home a little blue.
Cole and Liv participated in a fun run to earn money for a new playground.
Cole broke his retainer :(
The dog learned how to sit and stay, is 80% potty trained, and sleeps through the night :) He and I have been going to lots of walks lately since the weather has been so nice.

Ethan and his buddy. They spent lots of time together running from Cross County to soccer (they are on the same team).
Flu shots and lab tests. Everyone has a clean bill of health for now.

Cole had a big game saturday afternoon. It was a beautiful day.
They are switching Cole's offense position from wide receiver to running back. And he also got to punt the ball on Saturday, which was a first for him in a game.
You can't see it great, but the person kicking the ball is Cole.

After we got home from the game the boys spent the rest of the afternoon outside playing a neighborhood game of football for several hours and then the kids spent the evening at the neighbors having a bonfire. It was a busy night for them. Shawn was working so Ollie and I just hung out at home most of the night. Except for Ollie was sad that the kids were gone and he sat and waited at the front door for them to come home most of the night :(
Last, a picture from this morning. We have family basketball games while we wait for the bus every morning. We get a little heated during these games! Ethan isn't in the pictures because his bus leaves at 6:45, while Cole and Liv's bus doesn't leave until 7:45.
