Weekly Post

We are officially out of school for the summer, which just means my life got busier :(  

But we did survive week one!

Shawn and I traded in my car on Monday.

Cole tried out for a new premier soccer team.  

It was hard work, but we found out on Friday that he made the team!!

We are so proud of him and all his hard work.

We attended Ethan's 8th grade promotion.  Ethan HATES pictures so this was the best I could do.

And I got this one also from the dance later that night.

Cole and Liv walking to the bus on the last day of school in the rain!  Cole will be going to middle school next year so this is the last time they ride the bus together for a while.

I took the kids to the beach one afternoon.

Ethan was at the beach also, but with all his friends.  They all ride their bikes down and hang out at the beach for hours.  He is out there in the lake with all the kids.

Ethan started working this week.  He got a job working for a food vendor at the summer festivals downtown.  This weekend he worked the Polish Fest and next week he will work Summeriest!  It's boring work, but its a job!  He gets to work with a bunch of cute girls.
