We had a fun bonfire activity for all my Young Women this week.

Ethan had another soccer tournament

We tried a new taco shop! (Cole was at a friends house this night so he didn't get to try it)

Liv and I went to the Kellogg's Tour of Gymanstic Champions.  It was amazing!  We saw so many Olympic gymnasts (Even some older ones like Nastia Lukin and Shawn Johnson)

The whole men's olympic team was at the show also.

Oliver got to ride downtown.  His first big ride to the city!

Saturday was "Sweetest Day".  Look it up, it's an actual holiday in the Midwest.  You get to celebrate your loved ones by giving them treats :)  Shawn took me out to a fancy dinner to celebrate.

Liv and Cole participated in the Color Run at school

Liv also had another meet this weekend.  She did great!  1st place on floor.

Shawn and I headed to the Chicago this week.  We went to the temple and out on a fun lunch date!

One of Liv's hair creations.  She spends lots of time playing with my hair and creating fun hairstyles. I might have a budding hairstylist on my hands (and I secretly love it).  She always takes pictures of her work :)  She does hair and I catch up on Gillmore Girls re-runs!

This weekend was fun with lots of activities going on for Homecoming Week.  Cole was the the only one to actually go to the football game, although I did stop by for a little while.  Liv and I went with friends to the parade and Cole was at a huge party during the parade.  Ethan and his buddies had different plans this weekend and did their own thing that night, but they all ended up at our house later that night.

It was another soccer tournament weekend for Ethan and Cole.  We had 6 games total and it was crazy.  Ethan also ended up guest playing for another team.

Ethan had friends over again on Saturday and Cole was gone to a friends house until 10:30 that night.  It was  nice hanging out with Liv.  We had a fun bonfire with just her.

It's officially fall here in Wisconsin.  We celebrated with a nice country fall drive!

Also, a fun picture of me and my siblings from Matt's wedding (photo credit: marandawhitingphoto)

A few pictures of Liv at school from the class website this past week.

Shawn and I made the leader board at our Orange Theory class this week.  It was a partner workout day!  It's hard to see, but our names are listed under the Red Flag group, which means we together rowed over 5000 meters.  We are the third name down from the top in green marker!

We celebrated 16 years of marriage on Friday.  Previously I had already agreed that Cole could have friends over for a pizza party, so I was stuck hosting a houseful of 11 year boys on my anniversary!  It was a busy night, we ended up letting all the kids just invite friends over that night.
It was a loud night :)

Cole and his buddies!

Liv and one of her friends!

Cole played in a soccer tournament all weekend, in the rain!

Saturday was Priestood Session, which means Sushi!

Liv and I did mom and me yoga!  She thought it was boring...

Ethan also had two games this weekend, also in the rain!

Cole is working on improving his mile time and getting in better shape.  He has been running a mile every day downstairs on the treadmill.

Below is a fancy picture of me :)  This is a traction machine that I do twice a week.  It is part of the physical therapy that I am doing to help with the slipped discs in my neck.

Cole had soccer team pictures

Cole also had his first indoor soccer game.  He ended up getting hurt (twisting his knee) and sat most of the game :(

A fun picture I found of Liv on the class website

Liv's gym hosted their big home meet this weekend!  We spent a lot of time there.

Part of hosting a meet means that parents have to volunteer and work several shifts.  I got to work one of my shifts with the judges on the bars.  It was very interesting watching the judging process.

We had a fun family bonfire Saturday night!

Liv had her turn to compete at the home meet!

Liv's team ended up taking 1st place!
