Ethan has always been my picky eater. We have struggled for year to get him to try new foods. For some reason in the past few months this has changed. This past week we took the family out to Carrabas and Ethan ordered Pistachio Crusted Tilapia and ate the whole thing. The next day he ate a Mushroom Burger, and Saturday afternoon he tried Sushi for the first time and actually liked it. He is now requesting a lobster dinner :)
The boys also tried something new this weekend in the swimming pool. Ethan did a dive off the high dive for the first time (I won't even do that) and lots of other dives and flips on the diving board. Cole jumped off the high dive for the first time. It took him about three times climbing up the ladder and back down before he got the courage to jump off.
