It was a beautiful weekend. We spent time at Cloud Gate "the bean".
We even went swimming in the rooftop hotel pool.
Uncle Max and the kids spent the whole weekend creating a story about a Koala named "Fuzzy". They have great plans to write it into a book and then a movie, in fact Cole spent one of our dinners writing down the story so they wouldn't forget it. Uncle Max provided great entertainment with all the voices for the characters and we spent so much time laughing about Fuzzy's crazy adventures. The kids will never forget this weekend and we can't wait to do it again.
We walked around the Chicago River.
We walked to Buckingham Fountain.
We went to the Crown Fountains and the kids played in the water and got soaked!
We went to Navy Pier and rode some rides.
We ate at wonderful restaurants and walked all over the city streets.
