It started off with Oliver graduating from Doggy School!
Liv celebrated Crazy hair day!
Then, we hopped on an airplane and left the country for a week of vacation!!
We headed out at 3am in the morning to fly to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic!
Upon arriving at the resort we were greeted with a glass of the most amazing fruit punch!
We unloaded our bags and hit the pool and beach as quickly as possible.
That night we headed to the hibachi grill for dinner!
We woke up bright and early the next morning and headed out on a family jog.
And then we hit the pool!
It was funny because the kids spent a lot of time at the swim up bar. Ethan and Liv loved the Miami Beach drink (pina colada mixed with strawberry puree) and Cole loved the Shirley Temples and Fantasy drinks. The kids consumed a lot of kiddie cocktails and coke over this week :)
Then we headed to the ocean for some fun and a little lunch. Ethan cut open both his feet tripping over coral on the ocean floor.
We also had a lot of cool wildlife (mostly birds) running around the resort. We had flamingos, parrots, lots of peacocks and lizards.
Then we headed out for our first excursion! Beach Dune Buggies. We drove all over in the buggies and went cave swimming, stopped at a chocolate and coffee farm, and a beach stop with monkeys and braids!
We had a nice dinner late that night and stayed out late for some fun dancing and playing on the beach. Liv even got pulled out to the stage to dance with one of the employees. It was funny! We finished our night with a stop at the bar for a fun drink before bed.
