We started the week at the Orthopedic Surgeons office trying to figure out what is wrong with Ethan's knee. He has a severe case of Osgood Slaughters Disease causing lots of pain.
Liv and I did lots of baking. We also went to a restaurant this year for Thanksgiving and it was awesome :) We've done it a couple of times and it is definitely one of our favorite things to do for Thanksgiving.
The kids put this tree up and decorated all it all by themselves. They did a good job. We got our ornaments for this year also. Shawn got another Christmas Vacation ornament, I got Jordy Nelson (Packers wide receiver), Ethan got Salvador Perez (KC Royals Catcher), Cole got a cool singing penguin, and Liv got a cinderella glass slipper.

Liv and her friend made a gingerbread house and pretty much ate it all gone before the night was over!
We finished getting out all the Christmas decorations and are officially ready for Christmas. I even did most of my shopping online on Black Friday and got some great deals!
I'm getting up my gumption to make cinnamon roles this week. I'm not a great baker, but I've been watching "The Great British Bakeoff" since I'm a stay at home mom now, but without the kid yet, and it has inspired me. Nice to see all of your faces.
