Boston

In my recent post I talked about Shawn being out o town.  He was in Boston at a big research conference where he presented the research he has been working on the past 2 years.  Initially I had hoped to go with him, but things didn't work out that way, but I got to have a fun week too with all our visitors.

I told Shawn he had to take some pictures since I couldn't be there, at least I could document it.  So he was an obedient husband and sent me several pictures.  Here they are:

First, here is a poster he created for his conference.  He desgined this all by himself and for someone who is pretty left brained he did a great job.

He walked around Boston and saw some of the sights.

And the best part was that he got a food allowance for the conference of $75/day.  For one person that is a lot and he ate like a king.  Next year the conference is in Washington DC and maybe I'll get to come!
